Aprīlī par populārāko vietu darījumiem ar privātai apbūvei piemērotiem zemes gabaliem stabilizējās Rīgas – Ķekavas virziens. Ķekavas puse ir nomainījusi līdzšinējo apmēram gada garumā bijušo favorītu – Mārupes virzienu, - ziņo Latio.
Privātai apbūvei piemērotās zemes tirgū aprīlī vidējās cenas vēl joprojām saglabājās marta un februāra līmenī. Tas varētu būt skaidrojams ar gada sākumā notikušo straujo cenu kāpumu, ko izraisīja norēķinu valūtas maiņa no USD uz EUR, kamēr cenas skaitliskā vērtība bieži vien saglabājās.
